Abstract

This detailed and voluminous (343-page) book provides global perspectives on social work in transition with a particular focus on navigating technological, cultural and academic challenges. The book is the outcome of the relentless and uncompromising commitment of a group of academicians and practitioners to reflect upon and disseminate their knowledge and experience in social work. Its global scope is evident from the contributions by various scholars presenting perspectives from 12 countries.
